What I Believe In
Authenticity
My Instagram account is first and foremost about authenticity and community. I've worked hard to foster a genuine and supportive environment for the people who choose to follow me. I have never purchased any followers or likes, so my engagement rate is high and completely organic.
I believe in cultivating body positivity; my photos are minimally edited, and I never alter my body.
Empowerment
My content always encourages my followers to create the best version of themselves. I frequently share concrete ways to build confidence, establish healthy habits, pursue goals, and develop greater self-love. I'm passionate about breaking free of the limitations society places on women (especially mothers), celebrating natural bodies, and using sustainable, ethically sourced products that are good for us and the planet.
Partnership
I offer a wide variety of options for brands who are interested in working with me, from sponsored posts, reels, and stories (complete with beautiful images and strong copy) to user-generated content. I also provide product reviews and offer cross-posting on my other social media accounts--amounting to an additional 1k followers.
